The World of Top Hat Balloon Werks

    Top Hat Balloon Werks is a full event decorating and party planning service. 

We offer designs that transform any room i​nto a spectacular event! We create the most unique centerpieces, dance floor decor, entrance pieces, backdrops, stage decor and custom foam board work for any occasion. We also offer special fx such as exploding balloons/walls, balloon drops/releases, confetti cannons and more. Amanda Armstrong, CBA (Certified Balloon Artist) is an award winning decorator and international balloon industry instructor.  Give us a call. We offer free event consultations (within 20 mile) or setup an appointment at our shop in Mission Viejo.
